Immunizations
Immunizations are provided at both Health Department clinic locations (Hillsborough and Chapel Hill). Appointments recommended.
Many routine childhood immunizations and immunizations required by North Carolina Immunization Law are available free of charge. For information on North Carolina Required School Immunizations please click on the link.
Other recommended immunizations are also available. Some are free of charge for certain high-risk groups and others are available for a fee. Persons paying for a vaccine will be given a receipt that can be submitted to his/her health insurance provider.
The Health Department does not provide travel immunizations. Contact the clinic at Hillsborough (919) 245-2400 or Chapel Hill (919) 968-2022 for further information.
