Food Trucks -
Mobile Food Units and Pushcarts

Food trucks (also known as Mobile Food Units and Pushcarts) must have an operating permit issued by the Health Department in order to sell food.  Because they are mobile, they may have a permit from one county and operate in another. Each food truck must contract with a permitted restaurant or commissary where food supplies are stored.  They must return to the commissary every day to clean and service the unit. Please contact our office for any questions about food trucks.
