It's free and easy to use the Orange County Public Library. Drop by one of our three locations and get a free library card. For teachers and school-aged students in Orange County we offer fine-free accounts. Educator Account | SEA (Student Easy Access) Account.
With a library card, you can borrow and renew materials (books, DVDs, e-books and more) and check your account online. You may also use our online resources for tutoring, to do research or even to learn another language.
Borrow Books, DVDs and Wi-Fi Hotspots
Search our catalog for your next book, movie or audiobook or enjoy eBooks, or check out a Kindle or a Wi-Fi hotspots. With a hotspot, you can connect up to 15 wi-fi enabled devices to 4G LTE and 3G networks and charge external devices. Find out more about our Wi-Fi to Go here .

Get Work Done
Use our computers and wi-fi or print, copy, scan or fax a document. At the Main Library in Hillsborough we have study and meeting rooms and a local history collection. And you can always ask a librarian for help finding the information you need. No library card required!
