Medicare Open Enrollment Period

Is your Medicare plan still right for you? SHIIP counselors can help you compare plans and determine if a change is needed. An annual Medicare review may help you save money and ensure that your plan meets your needs for the coming year.

Medicare’s Annual Open Enrollment Period runs from October 15 – December 7. During that time, seniors who have Medicare coverage can make plan changes that may lower their costs. You could save by:

• Evaluating eligibility for low-income subsidies
• Changing to the lowest cost Part D Drug Plan based on current medications & preferred pharmacy
• Exploring available Medicare Advantage Plans

Schedule an appointment with a SHIIP counselor today to see if you can save!
