Personal Property
Personal property includes boats, campers, trailers, singlewide mobile homes, airplanes and unlicensed motor vehicles. Personal property is valued according to size and year. Owners of these items must list them with the Assessor's Office each January.
If a Property Tax Listing form is not received in the mail, you may contact the Tax Administration Office to request one. You may also print the personal property listing form here. There is a 10% penalty for anyone who has not listed the required property before the end of January. If you have any questions concerning listing of personal property call the Tax Assessor's Office.
