Libraries opening late due to staff development

The libraries are opening late today. Staff will be receiving training about services in other county departments so that we can better refer customers who may need them. The Main Library in Hillsborough will open at 1 p.m. The Cybrary in Carrboro will open at 12:45 p.m.
