The Main Library offers free notary services Monday-Friday, by appointment only.

• Call 919.245.2525 to make an appointment
• Library staff will not notarize any DMV documents—titles or otherwise
• If a witness is required, you must bring one with you 

If you need notary services outside of these hours, or we are not available, check with these organizations

• State Employees' Credit Union, service is free to members 
• Carolina Student Legal Service, free to students at UNC-Chapel Hill 
• Wagner’s Wrap Pack and Ship in Hillsborough, 919.644.0019
