For its regular meetings, the Board meets the first Tuesday of each month at 4:30 PM to conduct business, unless rescheduled. All meetings are open to the public.
Absentee meetings for the 2020 Presidential Election begin at 5 pm on Tuesday, September 29 and continue weekly thereafter until certification of the election on November 13.

At each absentee meeting, the Board will feed the approved absentee ballots returned prior to the meeting through our high speed central tabulator. Results from absentee ballots received by 5 pm on November 2 are not collected until Election Day. The vote totals from mailed absentee ballots will be among the first results released when the polls close at 7:30 pm.
The Board will meet on Thursday, November 12 to tabulate timely, approved absentee ballots received after 5 pm on November 2. These results will be added to the final tally to be certified at canvass on Friday, November 13 at 11 am.
